Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Contractor to oversee and manage various construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in a wide range of construction tasks and be able to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion - Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities - Perform various construction tasks such as door hanging, caulking, remodeling, tile laying, trim carpentry, plumbing, flooring installation, etc.
- Utilize power tools and equipment effectively Skills:
